A tall cocktail of Suijin sake, rum, fresh mint, orange, yuzu liqueur and yuzu juice that looks almost like an orange mojito. The Princess found it citrusy and stronger than her own whisky drink, scoring it 4 out of 5 while saying it was a little much for her. The Bear called the rum and yuzu combination a very nice, crisp cocktail, extremely strong, and gave it 4.5 out of 5 with no regrets.
