A crispy fried chicken sandwich with slaw and togarashi mayonnaise on a potato bun, served with garlic chips and a shishito pepper. The host liked it more than the birria ramen: the chicken was fried nicely with great flavor, and the slaw added a very mild heat, tanginess and crunch, with a peppery, garlicky sauce. Her only quibble was that the bun could have been fresher and softer, and she gave it an A-plus, while the garlic chips were fine but not her thing.
