A creamy cocktail of KI NO BI gin, nigori sake and lychee, served in a stemless martini glass with a little paper crane. The Bear said it smelled amazing and reminded him of unfiltered nigori sake but richer with the gin, making it a very nice sipper, though easy to spill. He gave it 4 out of 5 and said he would happily order it in place of a lot of sake.
