Japanese shaved ice with two flavors, strawberry and melon, topped with condensed milk. The strawberry came across milky and sweet and the melon reminded the hosts of a Melona bar, so the flavors were not bad. The letdown was the ice, which was crunchy like a snow cone rather than the fine, flaky texture expected of kakigori.
