A soft, fluffy Japanese-style cheesecake topped with cherry sauce, cherries and powdered sugar. The hosts found it very light and not sweet at all, comparing it to an angel cake with cheesecake in it. One felt it was a little dry without enough sauce, and they scored it a 9 and an 8 out of 10.
