A mixed green salad with radicchio, asparagus and watermelon radish in a white balsamic dressing. Both hosts found it very fresh with good crunch, but one thought the vinaigrette tasted watered down and bland while the other found it overdressed and a bit soggy. They scored it 2.75 and 3.25 out of five: a fine salad, not a reason to come.
