House Wedge Salad with Smoked Chicken

Bear ordered the House Wedge Salad with chicken: a romaine wedge with tomatoes, red onions, ranch and crumbled cornbread in place of croutons, topped with pre-sauced pulled chicken. He found the chicken very dry, scoring it 2 out of 5 on its own, though the dressed lettuce and the barbecue sauce bar made it more edible. The wedge and its crunch were fine, but he felt this former favorite has slipped in quality and gave it 2.5 out of 5.
