The dinner buffet's house specialties include tandoori-spiced rotisserie chicken, roasted pork, doro wat and a braised beef tagine. The tandoori chicken, with juicy meat and great skin, was a favourite of the night at 8 out of 10, and the pork had plenty of flavour without too much heat at 7. The doro wat, which comes with an egg in it, scored 8. The beef tagine split the hosts: one found its falling-apart texture weird and gave it a 6, while the other liked it over couscous for an 8.
