A tray of seven small seasonal bites, filmed on the December 2024 winter menu, including salmon in vinegar sauce, eggplant with jelly, a sweet house omelet, mackerel in rice vinegar, daikon with yuzu miso, bamboo shoot and salmon roe. The host loved the plating and called the mackerel her favourite bite of fish so far, and liked the omelet and radish, but disliked the salmon's texture and the overly sweet eggplant. She called the round about 50/50 and said her mind had not been blown yet.
