Gumbo

The cup of Gumbo comes with tasso ham, andouille sausage, peppers and tomatoes over steamed rice. Magic Journeys found it creamy, smoky and hearty with plenty of spice, and called it probably their favorite gumbo. Both hosts wished it came as a big entree bowl, saying a cup was not enough.

The cup of Gumbo brings chicken, tasso ham, andouille sausage and peppers with steamed rice. The Disney Noob found it rich, flavorful and meaty with a bit of spice, and liked that the gumbo-to-rice balance was not skimpy. Both he and his wife thought it ran a little salty, which he put down to the tasso ham and sausage, and he gave it a B+.
