The reviewer, a self-proclaimed gnocchi lover, found the dish to have good flavoring, though initially it seemed dry with not enough sauce. After mixing the sauce that was off to the side, the gnocchi became much softer and less dry, although still a bit tough. While it wasn't the best gnocchi he had ever had, the reviewer still considered it "pretty good" and "pretty decent" after the sauce was properly incorporated.
