The hosts each had a cup of strawberry sorbetto and of lemon sorbetto. The strawberry tasted fresh, with real pieces of fruit, like eating actual strawberries with a sprinkle of sugar; the lemon was very lemony, reminding one host of lemon meringue pie and the other of a Lemonhead. Both hosts gave both flavors four out of five.
Reviews
2 reviewsA single small scoop of espresso gelato in a cup, priced at $8.75. The reviewer found it melted into soup within a few minutes on a mild day, icy rather than creamy with actual shards of ice, and the sweetest coffee gelato she had ever had, though the espresso flavor itself was good. Her verdict: not poisonous, as some online reviews claim, but certainly not good and not worth the price.
