A frozen blend of Maker's Mark, maple syrup, butterscotch syrup and bitters topped with a liege waffle and cherry. Alan was conflicted: you taste the whiskey, then a wave of butterscotch - about a 5.5 out of 10 for him, maybe an intro for people scared of bourbon, but he wouldn't order it again, and the waffle was mushy outside and oddly dry inside. Molly, an old fashioned drinker, was harsher: really, artificially sweet, and at $18 she says skip it and drink any other cocktail. It was their worst of the fest.
