The new fried chicken sandwich at Galactic Grill surprised the reviewer with its crunchy, well-fried chicken cutlet and excellent meat-to-bun ratio. While the coleslaw lacked a strong zesty kick and the Parmesan ranch dressing was quite mild, the overall combination of flavors and textures created a very satisfying and non-spicy meal.
