A vanilla sponge roulade with raspberry-vanilla custard, panna cotta, strawberry sauce, fresh fruit and whipped cream. She found the cake light and spongy with tart, just-sweet-enough fruit flavors and some nice crunchy bits in the center. Both hosts called it hands down the best thing they ate at Sci-Fi, though she would probably pick one of the sundaes or shakes next time.
