Fresh Baked finally had lunch at San Angel Inn Restaurante in EPCOT's Mexico pavilion and ordered the enchiladas. His final thoughts were that he was disappointed by them: the flavours were okay, but they were a little mushy, not the way he likes enchiladas, and they don't compare to his favourite local Mexican spots. He told the waiter it was fine just to be kind. He still recommends San Angel Inn for the atmosphere and the break from the park, but suggests asking for a waterside table and letting the waiter steer you to the best dish.
