Empanada de Barbacoa

Barbacoa beef empanadas topped with crema and chipotle sauce, served with a corn side under cheese, a spicy mayo and a little cayenne; a bigger portion than the Bear expected for a snack. He found the empanadas deliciously soft with a nicely done outside, and felt the filling left a bit to be desired but the topping more than made up for it. He gave it 4 out of 5 and called it a solid dish.
