Cowboy Fries

Cowboy Fries are a great way to experience a taste of the 70th Celebration at Disneyland! These fries are topped with nacho cheese, sauteed ground beef, burger sauce, and butter pickles (though you can easily avoid the pickles if you're not a fan). The beef is cooked to a perfect crispness, and the sauces complement the fries perfectly. The burger sauce has a slight sweetness that balances the savory flavors. While the chicken in the earlier buffalo beignet slider might be preferred by some with a drier texture, and these fries could benefit from a bit more powdered sugar, they're still highly recommended!
