A cocktail of coconut rum and vanilla vodka with mango purée and coconut milk under a coconut foam. She worried it would be too sweet, but the mango tasted fresh and the healthy pour of alcohol cut the sweetness, with the foam tying it together. She called it fresh, refreshing, strong and really good, and liked it better than most of the drinks at Beacon Barrel.
