Lisaland came in skeptical of the online hype and left calling it exceptional. She describes a pastry encrusted in cinnamon sugar that smells like a churro and a baked good at once, with a texture she calls delightful - super buttery, super moist, crumbly but still soft and chewy - and a filling she rates incredible. Despite all the sugar she found it less sweet than expected, crediting the butteriness for offsetting it. By the end of the day she named it, alongside the Iced Pandan Cooler, one of the best things at the park right now.

Provost Park Pass calls this the single best Disney treat he has ever had - better, he says, than a churro and even his beloved Tigger Tail. It's served warm from the Market House (baked by Disney bakers for that one location only), with a soft, cupcake-like pastry rather than a flaky crust, a warm cinnamon churro filling in the center and a light dusting of cinnamon sugar on top. He notes it's not too sweet but very crumbly and falls apart as you eat it, so grab plenty of napkins and sit at a table if you can.

Mr Cheezy Pop tracked this down at Market House after it had sold out on an earlier visit, and it ended up their favourite Halloween item of the day. They describe a hand-sized, surprisingly heavy pastry served warm, with a hard crust of cinnamon and brown sugar baked across the top and a soft, warm cinnamon centre underneath. Their one caveat is practical rather than culinary: it is extremely crumbly, so they suggest sitting down with it rather than eating it on the move. They called it the best Starbucks pastry they had tried, and recommended pairing it with one of the season's cold brews.

Ordinary Adventures made this their standout of the day, calling it a five out of five and predicting Disneyland will bring it back every Halloween. They describe a pastry tart filled with spice cake under cinnamon and sugar: flaky outside, moist in the centre, and served hot. Their comparison was a coffee cake crossed with a churro crossed with a pop-tart, and they said it tastes like a warm snickerdoodle straight out of the oven. They opted to have it heated and thought that was the right call.
