SoCal Disney Dad called the Chicken Parmesan Pasta at Carnation Cafe an overall great dish and put it in their top foods of 2026: wonderful noodles, and chicken that was tender and juicy with breading that didn't overpower it. He ranked it above the prime rib sandwich he had at Great Maple.

Pasta in a sun-dried tomato cream sauce with spinach, topped with a crispy breaded chicken cutlet and melted cheese. The reviewer loved the sun-dried tomato base as a change from marinara and called the chicken parm so good: hot, tender and juicy, with a tomato and basil topping he really enjoyed. He found it very filling, a good replacement for the old mac and cheese, and had no complaints about the food.
