In Morocco, David Vaughn had the Chermoula Chicken Hummus Bowl from Tangierine Cafe, a former go-to of his, and was struck by how inexpensive it is at under eight dollars for a bowl with fresh vegetables and chicken served with pita. He found it so flavourful, with a tangy, sweet sort of thing going on, and said the hummus was pillowy. His verdict was that it's awesome and everything is so delicious.
