The Carthay Mai Tai is a rum, orgeat and fruit juice cocktail topped with dark rum and garnished with an orange wedge and a cherry. The hosts admired how pretty the layered drink looks, and after the first sip it was called a wonderful drink. The one reservation was that it is a little strong.
