Thick slices of char siu pork belly over yakisoba noodles with an over-easy egg, big pieces of grilled bok choy and crispy pork wontons. The Bear called it two meals in one and said he had not tasted pork belly that tender, juicy and flavorful in years; he also singled out the smoky, garlicky bok choy. Recommended by two servers, it got 5 out of 5 and dethroned his former favorite here, the ahi tuna nachos.
