The Butter Tart is a new traditional Canadian dessert, topped with a cocoa nib tuile and served with maple cream. Bear compared it to a maple-flavored Three Musketeers bar with a little crunch from the tuile; the filling has a smooth, pecan-pie-like consistency but no nuts. He found it very maple without being overwhelming, said he loved it, and gave it four and a half out of five.
