A dark chocolate ganache tart with coconut mousse, crumbles and salted dulce de leche. Bear was not sure about the coconut on its own, but together he called it amazing, coconut and all, and said he would happily live in a pool of it. He gave it 4.75 out of five and said they should have started with dessert.

A very small slice of dark chocolate ganache tart with coconut mousse, salted dulce de leche and crunchy coconut. On its own the chocolate was very rich and fudge-like, but the sea salt and coconut mousse balanced it into something like an Almond Joy bar. She called it pretty good and tasty, but was not sure it was worth $9 and thought there are better desserts in the park.
