The breakfast classics centre on a cooked-to-order omelet station with ham, bacon, spinach, onions and plenty of cheese, though there were no peppers on the day. The Bear's ham and cheddar omelet came out fluffy with a wonderful sear, and he noted the cooks will pile on whatever you ask for; he gave it 4 out of 5. The crispy, tender rotisserie ham also earned 4 out of 5.
