The new Braised Duck Pappardelle piles a generous amount of braised duck over wide pappardelle in a thick sauce, at $50 a plate. Bear found it very rich, with tartness, savory duck and a noticeable salt kick, but warned that duck can be gamey and this dish will not change the mind of anyone who dislikes it. He scored it 4.25 out of 5 and called it worth a try for something rich and different.
