The Braised Beef is a short rib topped with a bacon and mushroom demi-glace, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus. Magic Journeys found it so tender it fell apart, and loved the sweet, flavorful demi-glace and creamy potatoes. They said the Monte Cristo is great, but this short rib is something else, and it is what they would order next time.
