A brown butter banana upside-down cake soaked in bananas foster sauce, with candied walnuts, banana and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Lisaland called it the best thing she had eaten in a really long time: rich, gooey and decadent with a deep caramelized, burnt-sugar flavor, crunch from the walnuts and the ice cream melting over the warm cake. It is very sweet, and she could not praise it highly enough.
