A vanilla-soaked brioche with tropical compote and vanilla whipped cream ($14.95), with rum poured on tableside as a $3.95 add-on. The reviewer liked the light, cream-puff-like pastry, the sweet-tart compote and the lime zest, but found the rum very strong and said it would be better with a little less. Good overall, though she still prefers the crème brûlée here.
