The reviewer tried every dessert on the buffet. Her favorites were an extra-fudgy brownie and a blueberry crumble cake, while the Bavarian cheesecake was too sour for her and a Black Forest roll tasted a little prepackaged. The apple strudel in vanilla sauce came in third and was called a German delight, and her brother named it one of the best parts of the meal. Overall she found the desserts pretty solid.

2 reviewsThe dessert spread was hit and miss: a mini chocolate cake reminded the reviewer of German chocolate cake and scored 2 out of 5, the chocolate chip cookie 3, a Black Forest parfait 4.25 and a pear crumble cake 4.75. The apple strudel was the standout, a massive slice with lots of filling that he rated 5 out of 5 and said disappears from the line fast, so grab it when you see it.
