Al Pastor Mac & Cheese

New for 2025, this mac and cheese uses small elbow macaroni topped with cubes of al pastor pork, tortilla crumble and cilantro; the reviewer tried it as half of the Holiday Duet. He found the pork well seasoned and juicy, if a little ham-like, and the sauce just as creamy, though he felt the mini macaroni made it a bit simple next to the kugel. He rated it an A, called it a high-value item at about 10 dollars, and picked it as his winner.
