This sampler brings golden-fried chicken (white or dark meat), pot roast with Cabernet brown gravy and meatloaf with a tomato glaze, plus mashed potatoes and green beans. Both hosts found the chicken juicy with a good crunch and the pot roast tender, though everything ran a little salty, the mashed potato portion was small and the green beans were ordinary. Both scored it 8 out of 10 and said it is the thing to get here.
