The Disney Noob tried the 7 Greens Gumbo with Chicken & Andouille Sausage, loaded with shredded chicken, sausage, candied yams, okra, beans and rice. He called it restaurant quality and said everything mixes well together, moist rather than dry, with a little heat but not too much. It was his clear winner and number one of the five dishes he tried at Tiana's Palace.
